Journey Within is a nurturing experience that combines the gentle practice of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of sound healing to create a space where you can relax deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. You'll be gently guided through breathwork and meditation before settling into a restorative sound healing journey, where crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments are combined with Reiki energy healing to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of balance and wellbeing.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply longing for time to pause, this workshop offers a peaceful sanctuary to release tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with your inner calm.
No previous experience is needed, simply come as you are with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
