Paulina and Tawa's shared journey into the healing arts began in 2011, following deeply personal spiritual awakenings that marked the beginning of a lifelong path of growth, exploration, and service.
Since then, their work has focused on supporting others in reconnecting with themselves and accessing their innate capacity for healing, clarity, and balance.

sound is my soul work
Tawa’s connection to music began early in life, growing up in a musical environment with his father working as a music producer. This upbringing shaped his sensitivity to sound, rhythm, and vibration, which naturally informs part of his facilitation work. Alongside this, his training in somatic movement, breathwork, and Qi Gong supports a deeply embodied approach to guiding others.
Our approach is rooted in holistic and
embodied practices:
yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, Qi Gong, and sound healing, each used as a pathway to support presence, awareness,
and transformation.

Paulina is a qualified yoga teacher and has always held a deep intuitive connection to movement, music, and creative expression. Her work integrates yoga, embodied awareness, and holistic wellbeing practices to support emotional balance and inner transformation.
Together, they bring a grounded, heart-centred approach to their work, integrating presence, intuition, and lived experience. Their intention is to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and their own inner guidance.
Rather than focusing on “fixing,” their work is about remembering — supporting people to return to their natural state of balance, clarity, and wholeness through experiential, holistic processes.
Their shared vision is to elevate, empower, and support others through meaningful experiences that encourage growth, awareness, and lasting transformation from within.
