Paulina & Tawa
Sound healing practitioners. Holistic therapists. Awakening guides.
Together, Paulina and Tawa have spent over a decade in service to others through the healing arts. Their own spiritual journey began in 2011, catalysing a deep inner transformation that continues to unfold and inform their work today.
They are both qualified yoga teachers, Paulina specialising in yin yoga, offering slow, meditative practices that support deep release and nervous system balance, and Tawa teaching Qi Gong, working with energy, breath, and fluid movement to cultivate flow and vitality.
They bring a grounded, heart-centred presence to each session, holding space with compassion, authenticity, and deep intuitive awareness. Their work is not about fixing, but about remembering, supporting you to return to your natural state of harmony, ease, and inner clarity.
