The Sacred Flow Session is a deeply intuitive and heart-led healing experience designed to support you exactly where you are in this moment. No two sessions are the same; each is uniquely crafted to meet your energetic, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Working with the natural rhythm of your energy field, I blend a variety of healing modalities, including:

• Traditional Reiki for gentle energy balancing and stress release

• Angelic Reiki to call in divine healing frequencies and angelic guidance

• Crystal Healing to support energetic alignment, chakra clearing, and deeper soul connection

• Sound Healing using chimes, crystal bowls, gong, and light voice toning to restore harmony and resonance within your body and aura
